DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY
We require a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold the puppy of your choice. The remaining balance is due when you take your puppy home. Final payments can be made in cash or Venmo .
REFUND POLICY
Once puppies are born, deposits are non-refundable. If we do not have the gender you requested, you can either roll your deposit to the next litter or receive a refund. If life changes and you can’t get a puppy at that time (even if we have the gender you wanted), you can roll your deposit to a future litter within one year of your deposit date. After one year, your deposit is forfeited.
LIFETIME SUPPORT and BRING BACK PROMISE
We’re here for you and your puppy for life. If your circumstances ever change and you can’t keep your dog, you’re always welcome to bring them back to us. We never want one of our puppies to end up in a shelter. Please note: we do not offer refunds or buybacks.
